Shipping- Rs.100 for first item Rs.50 for the second and Rs.20 for every item after (C.O.D) and Rs.60 for first item and Rs. 30 for each item after (Cheque/DD/Money Order/Netbanking).

Currently we only ship within India.


How long will it take to get my order?

Orders usually ship within 2-3 days of cleared payment(not in case of C.O.D) & confirmation and arrive within 5-10 days (excluding sundays and holidays) .

Can I check the status of my order online?

No, But you can write an email to cd.rack@yahoo.com & we will check and let you know.

Are confirmation e-mails sent when you send the items I've ordered?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation your order and shipping address. To make changes or cancel the order you must reply within 24 hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we only accept Cheque, DD , Money Orders, Net Banking and V.P.P( Cash on Delivery)

Where do I send my Cheque, DD or Money Order?

Send your Cheque, DD or Money Order to B-2/202 Ananda Apartments Sector-48 Noida U.P.-201301.

*C.O.D – If you selected C.O.D then you pay cash on delivery. Please ensure that everyone at your residence/office is informed else the parcel gets returned to us. 

*Money Order - Please visit your local post office and send a money order for your order amount to Eshaan Sood, B-2/202    Ananda Apartments Sector-48 Noida U.P.-201301. Make sure you write your name and address clearly on the part which   says 'SPACE FOR COMMUNIATION' so we know it’s from you. 

*Demand Draft – Please make a DD in favour of Eshaan Sood and courier it to B-2/202 Ananda Apartments Secotr-48 Noida U.P.-201301. Please make sure you write your name properly on the envelope so we know that it’s yours.

An item from my order is defective or damaged. How do I exchange it?

If your CD has been damaged you shall return it within 2 days and a new one will be sent to you with the return shipping charges . If your Jewel Case is broken, Dont worry, write an e-mail to cd.rack@yahoo.com and we shall send you a new one.

This CD sucks! Can I return it?

No. Make sure you know what you’re buying before purchasing.

Why is my CD not factory sealed?

Either the CD does not come factory sealed or while packing one of our employees has scrapped the factory seal. But we assure you that your CD is new and has never been played.
